Eating disorders - anorexia; bulimia; binge-eating

You may have developed a need to take control of your eating habits. Perhaps you have feelings of low self-esteem, self-hatred and dislike of the world around you. In a gentle and unthreatening way, we will look at why you have developed this behaviour and some of the following mistaken beliefs about yourself:-
  • Perception of your weight, shape and size
  • Fear of putting on weight and getting fat
  • Need to exercise excessively in order to lose weight
  • Obsession with calories and food content

In a confidential and non-judgemental atmosphere, we will explore alternative coping strategies you might be able to use and where your mistaken beliefs originate.
