Counselling for feeling different, culturally/socially; feeling isolated or lonely

You may be finding it difficult to understand your place within your community. You may feel different from other people and unsure of how to behave. This may make you feel depressed, lacking in confidence and you may find it hard to feel motivated to change. This could affect your work, study or relationships with other people socially.

In counselling we will explore the root of these feelings in a neutral and non-judgemental environment, discovering how you can make the changes you would like to make.
