Counselling for low self-confidence and low self-esteem

Lack of belief in yourself and your abilities may be holding you back. You may have experienced these feelings for much of your life or they may be new and unexpected. You may feel some of the following:

  • Unsure of who you are
  • Unsure of your place in your community or the world
  • Unsure of what you want and need
  • Acute shyness (difficulties in social situation)
