Self harm

You will be able to talk through your problems in a confidential and non-judgemental atmosphere. We will look at what triggers your need to self harm and what alternative coping strategies you can use to deal with your difficult feelings and beliefs. We will explore in a non-threatening way why you feel sad or anxious, depressed or worried, lonely and isolated, where the roots of these feelings come from and how you might be able to change them.
